- Payment
- Payment is due through Stripe Checkout when checkout is completed. Annual subscriptions are managed through Stripe Customer Portal.
- Delivery
- An activation code is issued on the purchase-complete page after successful payment. The desktop app is distributed from this site.
- System Requirements
- Supported desktop environments shown on this site and in the app.
- Cancellation And Refunds
- Because ScreenZombie is digital software and license access is issued after checkout, customer-convenience cancellations are not accepted after purchase.
- Annual Subscription Cancellation
- Annual plans can be canceled from the account management page provided after purchase. Access remains available until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
